Why Reversible Renovations?

The term “Reversible Renovations” means that we are able to remove the obvious signs of modifications should the client need to sell the house. For example: If a curbless/zero threshold shower is installed for someone with a disability, it will have several grab bars installed. When we begin the project we recommend that the client purchase a predetermined amount of matching tile to be stored in safe place for future use. When the time comes to sell the house, the grab bars and the tiles with the holes are removed and the new matching tile is installed.
